Many organisations benefit from maintaining an extranet or a member area, which is a password-protected website accessible through the Internet. Often used to provide information to mobile personnel or external customers, an extranet can also be used for sales processing, training or enhancing customer care.
The WANDSOFT e-XTRANETTM software allows you to manage access to the extranet from any Internet browser anywhere, using your personal username and password to log on to the secure control panel.
The control panel allows a number of different security levels to be established, facilitating management of the extranet system. An unlimited number of users can access the extranet and users can easily update their own details, ensuring subscriber information is always up to date.
From the secure control panel, you can also extract reports on user access and behaviour, such as how often visitors are logging on to your extranet, the pages they view and so on.
